UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the dsb PD isoform (cDNA clone IP12256) tagged with EGFP. The EGFP sequence at the 3' of the reading frame is separated from the dsb sequence by a fragment encoding linker peptide ASGGGGSGGGGS.
