      mir-252LL04028 mutants exhibit reduced muscle degeneration at 3-4 days old compared to controls. The relative increase in degeneration is not increased in response to high-temperature stress (33[o]C) compared to controls. Lifespan is similar to controls at both 25[o]C and 33[o]C, but the flies' mobility is severely affected at high temperatures.
