      Larvae expressing sano575.dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sano display responses similar to wild-type larvae toward 10mM NaCl, 10mM sucrose, and 10mM caffeine.

      Expression of sano575.dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr66a.3.153 results in behavioral responses similar to the wild-type larvae towards 10mM NaCl, 10mM sucrose, and 10mM caffeine.

      In the presence of 300mM NaCl, larvae expressing sano575.dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr66a.3.153 show an attractive response, whereas wild-type larvae show an aversive response.

      Expression of sano575.dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in behavioral responses similar to the wild-type larvae towards 10mM NaCl, 10mM sucrose, and 10mM caffeine.
