      The expression of imddsRNA.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4c564 blocks the normal inflammatory response to Gram-negative (assessed by the expression levels of Diptericin) bacterial infection, but has no effect under basal, non-infected conditions, as compared to controls.
