fest tagged at the N-terminal end with EYFP is expressed under the control of its own promoter (590bp of sequence from immediately 5' of the annotated transcription start site). fest 5' UTR and 3' genomic sequences are also present (the 3'genomic sequence consists of 1255bp that includes the 3'UTR).
