      Expression of caupHD1.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4salm.EPv results in temperature-dependent reduction in wing area. At 25[o]C the reduction in wing area is less severe than when the wild type caup is expressed (caupScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1), but is more severe at 29[o]C.

      Expression of caupHD1.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 in the eye disc under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU results in a reduction in eye size.
