A mutant form of CG17150+tWT (a genomic fragment containing the entire CG17150 gene locus). Mutations have been generated that result in substitution of the third, fourth and fifth amino acid in the AAA3 P-loop sequence (GPAGTGKT -> GPPESGKT).
