Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

WRNexoD229V/WRNexoD229V flies have normal survival rates in response to camptothecin or topotecan treatment and are not sensitive to bleomycin.

WRNexoΔ/WRNexoD229V mutants do not have reduced hatching frequency or hydroxyurea sensitivity (except hatching frequency is significantly reduced when embryos are laid by WRNexoΔ females mated with WRNexoD229V/WRNexoΔ males).

Mitotic recombination rates are approximately doubled in WRNexoe04496/Df(3R)Exel6178 flies, compared to WRNexoe04496/WRNexoe04496; rates of recombination in WRNexoe04496/WRNexoD229V are much lower (though still higher than WRNexoe04496/+).
