UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of peb zinc finger clusters 10-14 (amino acid residues 1149-1893) which are tagged with EGFP. A Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) nuclear localisation signal is present at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
