      Cyp4e3Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus overexpression driven in Malpighian tubule principal cells using Scer\GAL4CapaR.1.5 (but not when driven in the fat body using Scer\GAL4c564) significantly increases lifespan under permethrin (insecticide) dietary exposure in male and female flies compared to controls. Scer\GAL4CapaR.1.5>Cyp4e3Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus female flies have a significantly increased lifespan under fenvalerate (insecticide) dietary exposure compared to controls.
