Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fluorescent endoplasmic reticulum (ER) lumen marker. This consists of the Tag:SS(BiP) signal sequence (which traffics the protein to the ER), superfolder GFP (a form of GFP that can fold properly in oxidising environments such as the ER lumen), and a C-terminal ER retention signal (Tag:ER(HDEL)).
