Description

Thirteen copies of the LexAop2 regulatory sequence drive expression of jRGECO1a, a genetically encoded Ca[2+] indicator (GECI). An intervening sequence from Mhc, a nuclear export signal and the Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus p10 gene transcription terminator are also present.
