Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}mod(mdg4)MI13336 insertion has been replaced with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette. The insertion is in a coding intron of mod(mdg4) and is predicted to protein trap the gene. The insertion is also within the annotated transcription units of 6 different trans-spliced precursors of mod(mdg4) (pre-mod(mdg4)-AD, pre-mod(mdg4)-AE, pre-mod(mdg4)-U, pre-mod(mdg4)-V, pre-mod(mdg4)-W and pre-mod(mdg4)-X), but is not a protein trap for any of them.
