      E(spl)m5-HLHK72stop/Df(3R)BSC751 (but not E(spl)m5-HLHC37S/E(spl)m5-HLHK72stop or E(spl)m5-HLHQ127stop/E(spl)m5-HLHK72stop) mutant embryos display a significant increase in the number of Ap neurons, and E(spl)m5-HLHK72stop/Df(3R)BSC751 mutants display a significant increase in the number of EL neurons, as compared with controls.
