      Expression of rswlScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL results in lethality - animals are able to develop to third instar larval stage but only a very few escapers occasionally mature to adulthood.

      Expression of rswlScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 does not affect mitochondria morphology in germline cells.
