      Adults expressing Zzzz\AFP-1Scer\UAS.cNa under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL show significantly greater survival after 24 hours exposure to 0[o]C compared to controls.

      Adults expressing Zzzz\AFP-1Scer\UAS.cNa under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL and held at 4[o]C show no significant difference in survival compared to wild type after 1 or 4 days at 4[o]C. At 6 and 7 days, the mutant lines show significantly greater survival than wild type.
