      Using the heat-inducible Blimp-1ΔPEST.hs.T:Zzzz\FLAG, pupation timing is significantly delayed (increase in delay compared to induction of Blimp-1hs.T:Zzzz\FLAG), and around 40% fail to pupate after heat shock at 5hr APF.
