      Expression of Hsap\VPS35D620N.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ddc.PU results in age-progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the PPL1 cluster (but not in PAL, PM1/2, PPM3 and PPL2 clusters) in the adult brain and significantly reduces climbing ability of the adult flies compared to age-matched controls.
