      Expression of Atx2Scer\UAS.T:SV40\nls-largeT,T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU results in a relatively mild eye morphological phenotype - the ommatidial lattice is disorganized with some interommatidial bristles missing. Expression under Scer\GAL4sca-109-68 does cause any significant decrease in the number of macrochaete in the adult thorax.
