      Expression of Vha100-2HMC05732 under the control of Scer\GAL4hh.PU leads to wrinkles in the wing surface and defects in wing cuticle integrity in the posterior compartment of the wing.

      Expression of Vha100-2HMC05732 under the control of Scer\GAL4GR1 leads to a significant reduction in nurse cell death (TUNEL) and nurse cell nuclei acidification (LysoTracker) at oogenesis stage 13, persisting nurse cells (myr-GFP) and defects in formation of dorsal appendages at oogenesis stage 14 in egg chambers when compared to controls.
