Description

A 1.2kb fragment consisting of 1088bp of the 5' flanking region and 63bp of the 5' non-coding region of the Edg78E gene is fused upstream of a lacZ reporter. Both of the potential ftz-f1 binding sites in the Edg78E fragment have been mutated.
