Genomic fragment corresponding to residues 3539-11629 of annotated isoforms Ank2-PU and Ank2-PAA deleted. Position of deletion endpoints on reference sequence inferred from reported primer sequences. Part of the primer is a repetitive sequence so the mapped deletion endpoint also took into account the reported junction at aa 3538.
