UAS regulatory sequences are fused upstream of the wild-type 134bp teq 5'UTR, the pLUC coding sequence and the teq 3'UTR in which the four U residues from the M2 site (UUUUGU) involved in orb2 recruitment to the 3'UTR have been deleted.
