Expression of ETHRdsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS (together with UAS-Dicer2 to enhance RNAi efficiency) under the control of two copies of Scer\GAL4Lk.PM significantly reduces duration of pupal pre-ecdysis behavior stage, while expression under the Scer\GAL4Pburs.PP driver significantly increases it (thus delaying the switch from pre-ecdysis to ecdysis behavior).
