      Under normal diet conditions, the expression of Zip71BdsRNA.Scer\UAS.TH00155.N under the control of either Scer\GAL4CG10962-NP1093 or Scer\GAL4NP3084 does not have a significant effect on the eclosion rate, but these flies exhibit significantly decreased eclosion rates when fed with zinc (but not copper, iron, or EDTA) supplemented food, as compared to control flies.
