Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of EGFP. Region 2 (nucleotides 499-759) of the osk 3'UTR, mutated so that all six base pairs that form the terminal stem correspond to GC pairs (in contrast to the wild-type situation of 5 AU pairs, 1 GC pair), is fused downstream of the EGFP coding region.
