Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the 'pHerry' pseudo-ratiometric pH indicator. The sensor consists of pHluorinSE (pH-sensitive) fused to mCherry (pH-insensitive in a physiological pH range) via a 17 amino acid linker sequence (to prevent interaction between the two fluorophores). pHerry is photostable.
