UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the ft H2, H3, H4 and H5 regions (4719-5147aa), with the extracellular and transmembrane domains replaced by the membrane targeting Tag:Myr(Src64B), and a Tag:V5 tag at the C-terminus.
