      Adult flies expressing RetK805M.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 driven by Scer\GAL4esg-NP7397 combined with tub-Gal80[ts] (for temporal control) do not show any increase in midgut stem cell proliferation (assessed by number of pH3-positive cells).
