Description

An approximately 8kb fragment containing the wild type RpS12 locus (excluding introns 2 and 3 that encode snoRNA:Me28S-A774a and snoRNA:Me28S-A774b), the 5' end of the AdenoK gene, the whole of the Zmynd10 gene and lncRNA:CR45172. An insertion sequence within the first intron of the AdenoK gene (near position 3L:13 ,022 kb) is included.
