Description

UAS regulates expression of a 'kinase dead' (kd) PKD, in which lysine K572 is replaced by tryptophan in order to destroy the presumptive ATP-binding domain, and tagged at the C-terminus with EGFP. The resultant protein is expected to be a dominant negative PKD isoform.
