Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of homer with amino acid changes in the EVH1 domain that have been shown to disrupt binding of homer protein to Prosap protein in a yeast two-hybrid assay; the RANTVYGLGF motif has been changed to RGITVYHLHA. The coding region is tagged at the C-terminal end with six copies of the Tag:MYC epitope.
