      The few adult tnc82/Df(3R)BSC655 transheterozygous escapers do not fly and show a severe impairment in adult climbing ability. Their larval neuromuscular junctions are largely normal and do not show significant changes in synaptic bouton number, as compared to controls. Neurotransmission across tncEY03355 hemizygous muscle 6 neuromuscular junctions displays significant decreases in EJP amplitude, in mEJP frequency but not amplitude, and in quantal content, as well as a significant increase in paired-pulse ratio, but no change in resting potential and input resistance, as compared to controls.
