Description

CRISPR construct designed to result in activation of a target gene when combined with a source of nuclease-dead Cas9 fused to a transcriptional activator domain. Constitutively expresses two sgRNAs that each target sequence upstream of the transcription start site of a gene of interest: sgRNA1 targets Socs44A, sgRNA2 targets Socs44A and coil.
