Description

UASt regulates expression of a Hsap\FUS cDNA Q290X, a pathogenic mutation reported in a large 'Essential tremor'-affected family. Q290X is a nonsense mutation caused by a single-base-pair substitution which results in the truncation of the Hsap\FUS protein at amino acid 290 in its nuclear export signal motif
