      Expressing Hsap\STARD8UAS.α.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU results in disrupted planar polarity in the embryonic epidermis, while expression under the control of Scer\GAL469B has no impact on salivary gland morphology in embryos.
