Description

The distal half of the 'grh-15' neuroblast enhancer (from a grh intron), with a deletion of conserved sequence block 4 (nucleotides 179-189), is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter, followed by sequence encoding a Tag:M(mCd8a)-RFP(Unk) fusion protein.
