      In distal tip/mid-air sac primordium clones expressing aopUAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.B123, the mutant cells produce significantly fewer long and oriented cytonemes compared to the control clones at an equivalent position; however, the orientation and number of cytonemes from the ASP stalk cells, remained unaffected compared to control clones.
