Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Glut1MI02222 insertion has been replaced with a tag cassette that contains mCherry. The insertion is in an intron preceeding the last coding exon, allowing tagging of 17 of the 20 Glut1 isoforms. The tag is inserted at the end of transmembrane domain nine.
