Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Glut1MI05056 insertion has been replaced with a cassette that contains 3XTag:HA and an FRT site. Although this is predicted to result in a fusion protein containing the Tag:HA tag inserted in the cytoplasmic N-terminal domain in 13 of the Glut1 isoforms, no expression of a fusion protein has been detected.
