Description

Constitutively expresses two Tag:MS2-tagged sgRNAs (AGCTGCCGGACATTCGCCAG and TTGGGAACGTTGGCTAGCTT), both of which target sequence upstream of Tsc1. Each sgRNA forms one component of the three-component flySAM (synergistic activation mediator) system, which is used to produce effective transcriptional activation of a gene of interest, in this case Tsc1.
