      Expression of CG4853dsRNA.Scer\UAS in the mushroom bodies, under the control of Scer\GAL4OK107 results in defects in the mushroom bodies in approximately 24% of cases and defects in the antennal lobes in 6% of cases. No defects were observed in the optic lobes.
