Description

A 13.2kb genomic fragment containing the per gene, into which a S47D mutation has been introduced (this "constitutively phosphorylated" mutation destabilizes the per product by increasing its affinity for the slmb protein). The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA and multiple histidine residues (10xHis).
