      aurBL27 homozygous clones in either the adult male accessory gland epithelium or the larval wing disc fail to proliferate, leading to single large cells that are multi-nucleated or show increased ploidy, as compared to neighboring cells; abnormal multi-polar spindles were also observed in adult male accessory gland clones.
