Description

Chimeric sequence composed of a fusion of 5' regulatory sequence from the D. melanogaster Fmo-2 gene (-2016 to -796 relative to the translation start site(TSS)) and 5' regulatory sequence from its D. erecta ortholog (-772 to -1 relative to the TSS) is fused upstream of tdTomato tagged with a nuclear localization signal.
