Genomic fragment ( 2L:15038840..15045039 ) encompassing the Su(H) transcription unit. A R266H amino acid substitution has been introduced into the Su(H) coding sequence; this impairs DNA binding. The Su(H) coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
