Description

Genomic fragment ( 2L:15038840..15045039 ) encompassing the Su(H) transcription unit. Mutations that impair binding to the N intracellular domain (NICD) have been introduced into the Su(H) coding sequence (amino acid substitutions F309A, V311A, E446R, R470E and E473R). The Su(H) coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
