Imprecise excision of P{EPgy2}sol[EY02771] results in a deletion that removes the amino-terminal end of the sol coding sequence. It is reported as 2540bp (+16bp) which is interpreted as a 2540bp deletion with 16 bp (of residual transposon?) inserted at the excision site. The excision breakpoints were inferred from the insertion site coordinate.
