UAS regulates expression of wild type Hsap\RAPGEF2 tagged with Tag:HA.
Expressing Hsap\RAPGEF2WT.UAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 does not result in any obvious mitochondria distribution (Mito-GFP) or microtubule organization defects (acetylated tubulin and Futsch immuno-staining) in larval motor neuron axons and neuromuscular junctions. Adults do not show significant changes in climbing ability, as compared to controls.
