      Co-expression of RpL22dsRNA.UAS.cMa and RpL22-likeUAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI leads to a reduction in motile sperm; narrower testes with a larger zone of immature spermatocytes; closer end of spermatid bundles to the apical tip; and degenerating cysts while it leads to normal stages of spermatogenesis otherwise when compared to controls.

      Co-expression of RpL22dsRNA.UAS.cMa and RpL22-likeUAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.bam does not lead to any changes in the motile sperm compared to controls.
